Refurbished/Recertified hardware is previously used hardware that has been tested and thoroughly inspected to be clean and in good working condition. Factory Refurbished hardware is hardware that has been cleaned, tested, and re-packaged by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). We do have access to both New and Refurbished as well as Factory Refurbished inventory. Our standard replacement warranty is equivalent to that of OEM factory refurbished equipment.

Yes, we do business with many overseas companies and are competent in preparing customs documentation, commercial invoices, and certificate of origin. International orders are shipped using FOB Incoterms.

No, we are not a Certified Cisco Partner, which allows us to source both New and Used Cisco hardware not available to Cisco partners. All of our equipment is rigorously tested and inspected prior to shipping.
