Do you take the threat of counterfeit equipment seriously and how do you avoid it?

Following industry best detection practices we carefully inspect all equipment and take a zero tolerance approach to ensure that all products sold are that of the original equipment manufacturer.

What is the difference between Refurbished/Recertified and Factory Refurbished Hardware?

Refurbished/Recertified hardware is previously used hardware that has been tested and thoroughly inspected to be clean and in good working condition. Factory Refurbished hardware is hardware that has been cleaned, tested, and re-packaged by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). We do have access to both New and Refurbished as well as Factory Refurbished inventory. Our standard replacement warranty is equivalent to that of OEM factory refurbished equipment.

Do you sell I.T. Equipment other than Cisco?

Yes, although we focus on Cisco our wholesale market provides access to hundreds of different manufacturers including Juniper Networks, Foundry, Extreme Networks, Sun Microsystems, HP, Brocade, Alcatel, Dell, and IBM.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Amex), Cashiers Check, Company Check, Bank Wire, PayPal, and have a Net Payment option available for qualified customers.

Can you ship overseas?

Yes, we do business with many overseas companies and are competent in preparing customs documentation, commercial invoices, and certificate of origin. International orders are shipped using FOB Incoterms.

What happens if I need an expedited replacement for a failed unit?

We will happily send replacement units with expedited service prior to receiving failed units back. It is our intention to service your companies needs with as little downtime as possible.

What are your delivery options?

Our goal is to meet your requirement with any shipping means available. As our primary freight carrier, FedEx, has many delivery options including Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, and Ground service.

What are your warranty terms?

We provide a standard 90-Day full replacement warranty on all hardware and lifetime on all Memory. Extended warranty periods are negotiable at the time of purchase and must be indicated on the final invoice.

Are you a Certified Cisco Partner?

No, we are not a Certified Cisco Partner, which allows us to source both New and Used Cisco hardware not available to Cisco partners. All of our equipment is rigorously tested and inspected prior to shipping.
